Mực xào (fried cuttlefish) is a popular dish in Vietnam. There are many recipes of making fried cuttlefish but the most popular one is by frying fresh cuttlefish with celery, garlic, green onion, mushrooms and tomatoes. Many consider the real key to this dish is the ability of the recipe to keep the full flavor of the cuttlefish without letting the dish be overcome by a “fishy” smell.
