Chân gà nướng (grilled chicken feet) is a popular dish in Vietnam. Most of the edible meat on chicken feet consists of skin and gristle without much muscle. This results in a distinct texture different from the rest of the chicken's flesh. Chicken feet are marinated, grilled on charcoal, and then served with pickled cucumbers and other vegetables. They are often prepared and served with other chicken pieces, such as wings and thighs.
