Thỏ (Rabbit) or more accurately “thịt thỏ” (rabbit meat) is viewed as a delicacy in Vietnam because due to its high quantities of quality protein. There are different dishes made from rabbit such as thỏ nướng mù tạt (grilled rabbit with rapeseed sacue), cà-ri thỏ (rabbit curry), and thỏ chiên (fried rabbit).
