Devoid of morals, ethics, education, care and knowledge. This company is rotten from the core. Total lack of leadership has meant in a year 2 directors (same job) have left, 2 academic managers have left (1 after a month), most of the good teachers have left. New contracts want to make us work 40 hours a week for less money than we earn working 100 hours a month! When things seem like they cant get worse, they do. The centers are dirty, badly run and understaffed. Our scheduler used to lose registers, room numbers or not inform me a TA had called in sick. My new job doesn't have problems like these and I think more people will leave Language Link soon. The feeling of doom was overwhelming by the time I left.

Worked in Vietnam for a few years now and at some of the big schools. This is by far the better one I've worked at.

Pay is decent, schedules are good, nice holiday too. They have workshops and check in on you to ask how you're getting on so I've definitely learned some new skills while being here.

Quite a bit of test marking at the end but manageable. Management is friendly and helps out a lot. HR is really supportive.
