My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and we were extremely happy with the hotel. The room was clean, we had our own computer in our room which was great for emailing during our travels. The service was excellent as well. We booked a tour of Ha Long Bay and airport transfer by the hotel car was convenient and had a decent price. Great value for money. Overall we were so surprised and happy with the friendly efficient service, we would definitely recommend Hanoi Eclipse Hotel to anyone and would love to go back.
