After working here for more than a year and a half I think it's time to write a review on my way out the door.

I have enjoyed working here over what has been my longest time of employment at any one given company.

The management is sensible and more than willing to listen to your suggestions. They want you to expand and explore different options to bring into the kindergarten and your education process.

If you need to buy supplies for your lesson just let them know in advance what you want to do you and why. I have yet for them to tell me no. They encourage open mindedness to an extent that is amazing for being a completely Vietnamese run and managed school.

The owners are great often taking the teachers and or myself out throughout my employment and very upfront about everything. They are very patient and really want your input about how they can improve the school.

UPDATE: I returned to BB in mid October

I have returned here after a short break from the school and I am still happy with the way it held and is holding together while I was gone. Its good to see almost all of the teachers there that were there when I left and the eagerness of the owners to improve and listen to ideas to expand/improve the curriculum.

My daughter has been enrolled in the school since my return and she has been enjoying every day. I do like the teachers and they definitely take a proper interest in the children.

Regretfully I feel that while I was gone that the English curriculum management team has dropped the ball a bit. I am in the process of changing and getting back on track to both make the course more interesting and activity based for the kids and teachers so I am taking one star off my initial 5 star review.

A big nice school on multi levels. Clean, well maintained with a lot of consideration for the children's safety, i.e, gates on the stair landings, nets, padded equipment in the play room. I saw that each child has their own shoes for the bathroom, which was also clean. Lots of books, visual materials, computer stations, etc.
Over all a positive feeling and a progressive environment The manager, George, is doing a great job here.

Been meaning to give Baby Bears a review for a while. A little while ago they hosted the Little Tigers Family Fun Day.

There could be no better venue to hold it. The place has 9 (?) levels of which George gave us the run of about 4. Included in that was the amazing playroom level with jungle gym, ball pit and loads of toys for the kids (and the big kids). George put in an amazing amount of effort into hosting the event and it all went off so well.

On looking through the entire building, this is a pretty special kids place. Heaps of room, lots of cool stuff on the walls, very very safe. They even have their own pool!

Everything about the Centre is professional, classy and completely child-centric. I don't have kids and I was impressed! If you're a kindy parent in the vicinity of Vincom, Baby Bears is worth checking out. Management is ruthless about making sure all teachers are qualified and quality people - which is pretty darned encouraging.

Five stars because the facility is great and the management was so generous on that day. Thanks!
