I like Sago.

The staff is always friendly. The food has always been good. Their asian selections are tasty. Their burgers are the best I've tried in town- nice and moist with lots of flavor. It's just a bonus that the prices are better than most of the other places I've been to.

The only thing that might be considered less than perfect is the ca phe viet nam that you can get here. Sometimes it's a bit cold after the condensed milk goes in, but that's something I find in a lot of places in Ha Noi. Oh, and the odd seating inside. The seats are extra wide from front to back.

Great place with excellent service! Lovely balcony to view crazy Hanoi from above...

Good food as well! One of my favorite places to go, and you can get free WiFi from the HighlandsCoffee across the street ;)

Excellent location right in the hub of it all where you can sit on the terrace and watch the crazy bikers go by in the square north of Hoan Kiem lake. The food is very good and is reasonably priced. I have eaten here many times individually and with groups of people and they really do make a big effort on the service front. The bubble tea is really an added novelty and should be tasted at least once. Quite literally not "my cup of tea" - tapioca is not my thing but for those willing to give it a try, you should definitely check this place out.
