My second visit to Serenity for a checkup, with Miss Daisy. Serenity has grown considerably since my last visit, but they've become even more efficient than ever. As it turned out, all I needed was a cleaning, but I was expecting much worse. Again, a great experience - thanks for everything Serenity!

What is international about this Clinic? Doctors and staff are all Vietnamese and so is the whole place and service. Upon arrival they made me fill out a form in a cold, weird lobby on the ground floor. The "clinic" itself is on the upper floor with three dental chairs all in one messy room and no separation between them. They made me sit in the dental chair fully clad in my winter-jacket. Next to my chair one of their staff was sleeping (!) with his head laying on the medical equipment right next to patient whose eyes were covered by a towel. It felt all really unprofessional, so I left. Sorry, I can't comment about their treatments, but that's not a place I would would label "International Clinic".

A dental assistant who falls asleep next to the patient during treatment, because he wants to provide best medical assistant for patients? What justification is this? A person who falls asleep is tired and therefore cannot concentrate. This is rather dangerous, especially in a place where highest precision is needed. And no one of the staff seem to care that he was sleeping hanging across medical equipment. The impression I got of this clinic is highly unprofessional. And sleeping staff is NOT what we would call international standard.

This was my first dental visit in Hanoi. Serenity came recommended from friends. The entire experience from beginning to end was professional and a pleasure.
I greatly appreciate all the advice and details in my evaluation. Honestly, this was likely the best dental experience I have ever had. I highly recommend this place.

A great dental clinic in Hanoi. I have a serious dental phobia and did run away from the clinic chairs several times before. However I stayed till the end of my visit to Serenity last week. They listened to me, explained, calmed me down and did everything they could to help me through the process. Now I overcame my fear of seeing the dentist and kudos to Serenity staff, especially Mr. Lam and Ms. Anh.
Will come back, definetely.

I recently visited another dentist and was told that I would need up to $3500 worth of work done on my teeth and jaw.
I've just visited Serenity who carried out 600.000VND worth of work and was told that the work proposed by the other dentist was excessive and unnecessary, although Serenity wish me to make plain that perhaps the work was considered necessary by the other dentist AT THAT TIME. I should add that the previous dentist charges almost $450 for a full porcelain crown as opposed to the figure around $300 quoted by Serenity Clinic so it looks as if considerable mark-up bucks are being made, although perhaps the other dentist could make compelling arguments about the superior quality of his wares, etc etc.
I found the staff at Serenity Clinic friendly and helpful and the premises were very clean. Any language difficulties were resolved by the excellent Albert who speaks good English. All procedures were explained to me in detail and, when I said I had been told that the root canal treatment was imperative, the dentist explained to my satisfaction why she thought it was not and recommended that it should not be carried out - this seems to me to prove that Serenity are not simply after your money, which is not how I felt about the previous dentist. This dentist also stressed firmly that if I should feel any pain or discomfort in the area I should immediately return for a review of the situation.
I am going to ask my own dentist in London for his opinion in the summer but for the moment I am very satisfied with the treatment I received at Serenity Clinic and thoroughly recommend them.
