Description

Admin & Accounts Assistant – Vietnam, Ho chi Minh City

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of accounts including Accounting reports / Audit Schedule / Tax submission / Employee Income Tax submission

• Manage accounts Receivables & Payables, Invoices, Credit Note, Statement of Accounts & etc.

• Perform monthly Payroll & necessary submission

• Areas associated with HR documentation

• Answering phone calls and replenishment of office supplies

• Maintain Project account for each project and liaison with QS to get final project account

• Maintain project / HR/Account related documentation

• Assist the Project & Marketing Team or other ad-hoc general administrative duties

Qualification and Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in related field

• At least 3-5 Years of experience in related field

• Well versed in Microsoft Office Application

• Independent, responsible, organized and good follow up skills

• A good team player, committed, self-motivated

• Positive working attitude, good initiative, committed and willing to learn

• Possess good communication and inter-personal skills
