I got married in Vietnam 2 years ago and have been living here since. I have two questions. 1, Is my marriage reconised and legal in the UK 2, Does my wife have any right to live in England, more than other people, as she is married to me, a British citizen. 3, What is the best approach for her to come and live with me in England? Anyone with any experience or willing to share there story please do.
I used to go to the game night at Tea Talk, but that's much too far for me. I'm starting something similar here in SE Ba Dinh (Tran Phu/Ly Nam De). We're thinking of either Wed or Fri nights starting about 7. I can seat just a few people in my small apartment, so let me know if this interests you. I'm American by the way.

Hi, I had a really neat small glass pipe (maybe 3"), unfortunately, I broke it. I guess taking it on a cross-country motorbike ride= not such a hot idea. Is there any store in Hanoi that sells small pipes, or such paraphernalia? I'm not a fan of the massive water-pipes that you see around. Anybody have any leads?? Thanks in advance! :)
Hi everybody, currently I am working for a University in Vietnam and I am applying for a work permit in Vietnam (I have a tourist visa at the moment). I've been buying my Hanoi Beer from the same place for over ten years and they've been getting more and more slack about delivery. Sure, I understand, I used to live in an apartment a few blocks from them and now the house I bought is a few miles away PLUS they've recently moved even farther out. In short, now they quote a good price (155k) but they aren't meeting their delivery schedule. I need a new beer distributor. The guy next to Chua Lang sold me some Larue a few years ago but won't even talk to me anymore. Can anyone suggest a distributor reasonably close to Chua Lang, Dong Da? I buy five cases of 450s at a time but I guess I could increase that to ten if necessary.
I recently arrived in Vietnam with my new Huawei P10 smartphone. I got it because it has a great camera. Unfortunately I dropped it right on the glass that protects the lens and now it won't focus for photos. New to Hanoi so have no idea of anywhere capable of organising repairs in the old quarter or tay ho. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Was wondering if anyone here has used a Vietnamese removal company? I have had a look at Crown and JVK, but the prices way too high for us modest earners. I have used Taxi Thai before, but seems that they only supply the transport and you have to carry everything yourself.
