Does anyone know where I can find the "Jane's Krazy Mixed-Up Seasonings", specifically the salt? I've seen it around at places, but not in a store. I've tried L's, K-Mart, Veggies but no luck. Please let me know if you've seen it recently, thanks!

Hello, It's my friend's birthday soon and before we head off for a few days away I'd like to get a delicious breakfast & birthday cake delivered to my place in Cau Gaiy at about 8am in the morning. It seems to make sense to find a place that will deliver both the breakfast & the cake all at once but because we'll be travelling that day timings are important so they'd need to deliver on time. So everyone, any ideas for a tasty, reliable bakery delivery place? Thanks in advance for helping me wish happy birthday in the best possible way...via the belly!

I'm looking to make my own tofu. For that you need: A. soy(not hard to find in Hanoi{citation needed}). B. Salt coagulent. This is the part that curdles the soy-milk. I know how to extract magnesium chloride(MgCl) from sea salt. Home-made niguri. But that takes time and it is hard to check for precise measurements. There are many other salt coagulants that work. So the question is. Some one knows where I can buy ready made niguri(MgCl), either in powder form or liquid), or an alternative. Locally produced or imported. Epsom salt(clean, edible version. MgSO4) can apparently work as well, even if I never tried it myself. Help?

Hey, does anybody know a Water Delivery Service for the Ba Dinh District (Ngoc Ha), which is reliable and understands English? And is it normal to pay a deposit for the bottle? And how much should it be? Do they also deliver just 1 big bottle? Or do I have to take 2 or 3? Thanks a lot!

I would like to buy a large cart, the same as people use to move building materials around, which I can attach to my bike to serve the function of transporting things around the city. I have seen them attached before, obviously the wheels need to be half decent. Where can I buy one?

My favourite cheesecake recipe calls for marscapone and 3 packs of philadephia. well the marscapone is only $3, but philadelphia comes in at $7.50 per pack - making it more expensive than buying a full cheese cake at Joma. Is there a cheaper version or Vietnamese brand if cream cheese I can buy? If so, where?
