Hi! I am looking for a serviced apartment from 15.05.11 to app. 05.06.11 (3 weeks).
Does anyone one know a nice and comfortable place which is not over-priced? I experienced that the housing agents have quite exaggerated price imaginations. I was thinking of 700-800USD max. for 3 weeks should be appropriate.

If you have a recommendation please send me a message via NH or 0122 2297405.

Thanks a lot for your help!!

Errr, Ellie...those Ledecor places *start* at about double the price that OP indicated they wanted to pay.

For something a bit closer to OP's budget, check out:

800$ for 3 weeks, then approximate 38$ per day. Why don't you stay in hotel? That's the budget for a good hotel in Hanoi which is close to the center.

Ledecor: I am not sure if they have serviced apartments for rent for short term of 3 weeks, and their price is over& over Sweety's budget.

Hometelvietnam: which is exactly Libera. I am staying here and be satisfactory for its price, comfort & attentiveness of staff. Note that, it's Serviced STUDIO apartment, not Serviced APARTMENT. Then if you stay alone, it would be ideal for you.
Another note: I have no commission from the hometel hahah

Hi all!

Thanks for your advise. I finally ended up in a Westlake apartment building by LeDecor. The price is ok (490 USD for 3 weeks), the apartment is completely new and the staff is very friendly. I can recommend it!
