I am coming to Hanoi for 10 days at the end of October, and I would like to learn woodblock printmaking. I have done some etching and mokuhanga as well, but I am far from being an expert. I would be interested in printing blocks on fabric.
There is a great tradition and skill in Vietnam, but browsing the web I have not been able to find any workshops or classes. I would be looking to spend around 4 hours a day learning the craft during my stay.
I would be grateful if you could give me some guidance. Recommendations on where to buy art supplies in Hanoi (tools, ink, paper) would also be most welcome.
Thanks in advance
