Hi Hanoians!
you may have faced the same issue, if you are allergic to butter or vegan.
The coffee shops that I have been to so far all roast there coffee beans in butter.
Anyone know where I can buy reliable butter free coffee?

Joma sells good reliable butter free coffee... as does Miriam's on No 8, Ton That Thuyet Str. Both good coffee :) Kilo to kilo similar prices. If you buy at Joma, Joma's coffee is considerably cheaper if you buy by the kilo rather than the 200g bag.

I would say in all likelihood, the butter is "butter" aka some type of hydrogenated vegetable oil. I can't recall ever having seen actual dairy butter in the wild here.
