What is the best color(male) to wear for visiting someone's home during TET ?
I understand black is out. How about blue or red ?
I don't want to offend anyone.

Thank you but I will not want to spend for it just for one time use.
Is red or maroon considered an auspicious color to Vietnamese ? I have researched and read red is the best color for females but how about male ?

No, red will be too much for a male. People will think you're gay.

Vietnamese loves white color. Supprise them with more-than-white costume. Wear see-though or fishnet clothes.

i think blue will be nice. yeah, thats true, they love white colors. most of the time you'll see white cars or motors. its clean looking

"most of the time you'll see white cars or motors"
--> I thought cars are mostly white and black everywhere because the car industry refuse to produce other color?

My vietnamese friend suggested red (I am a guy) when visiting family so I think you can't go wrong with that. I won't risk wearing white as Vietnamese wear white colour to attend funerals and ceremonies related to dead people.....
