If you are looking for the best Tour Operator in Vietnam then INDOCHINA PIONEER, located in Hanoi, is the one for you! If your relatives or friends are visiting Vietnam then you would be wise to entrust them to this wonderful company. I travelled with them for 14 days in September. Everything they promised me happened! The best drivers, and excellent tour guides, who apart from their knowledge spoke great English. I have travelled the world and Indochina Pioneer offers a "personal touch" like no other company I have ever travelled with. They will work with you until you have the perfect PRIVATE tour, allowing you to choose the quality of hotels according to your budget, and the pace of your tour. I made several changes to my tour, after the fact, which was never a problem for them. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and the quality of their tours. Rest assured you will not be disappointed in any way with this expert tour operator .....INDOCHINA PIONEER. Visit their website to see all the wonderful options they offer. I will have no hesitation using their services again if I decide to return to Vietnam. I understand they also do private tours to Cambodia, Laos and Burma (Myanmar), so I am sure I will be in touch with them again very soon! Thanks again Indochina Pioneer for a wonderful memorable vacation!
We were 7 friends travelling Vietnam on a 2 week trip going from South to North.
We planned our own itinerary and with the help of Indochina Pioneer we were able to do everything we wanted and more. They even threw in a few surprises along the way.
We requested plenty of free time, as the towns of HCMC, Hoi An, Hue and Hanoi are easy to explore with the aid of a map which the hotels will provide. Always take a business card from the hotel “just in case”.
Hoi An is a place to spend some liesure time. Wonderful restaurants and shops and we enjoyed a day at the beach for a swim
Hue – the Royal Banquet – food for a king and queen and the most wonderful costumes we were given to dress in.
Sapa – overnight on the train. Mingled with the hill tribes and enjoyed the trek to our overnight homestay .
Halong Bay – overnight on a junk, sailing among the islands and enjoying the most wonderful food
Van Giang village - a great cooking class and bicycle ride through the village to visit the market
Hanoi – get up early and join the locals doing Tai Chi near the lake. Magic !! And a cyclo tour through the streets at night. Heart stopping !!
I could go on forever - but would recommend Indochina Pioneer to organise your trip. They have a wonderful way of making you feel very special.
It has been a privilege to travel with indochinapioneer. I first met Lam in 2010 when 9 people from New Zealand travelled to Vietnam for the first time. We were so impressed with the wonderful personal attention we received that in 2011 some of us returned to do things we had not done the first time. Highlights were the beaches , the hotels we stayed in, the homestays in Sapa and Halong Bay over night on the junk. Vietnam is such a friendly and easy country to travel in. If you want to experience an Asian country for the first time - visit this country . Indochinapioneer is a new and vibrant company - they are very helpful and will give you personal and hands on service.
